Question & Answer Session with Agent Luke.

Q: How did you get started in the real estate industry.?

A: I was always fascinated with local architecture within the Chicago grid. After years of construction and development throughout the area, I started focusing more on individual projects form acquisition to development with a strong direction towards uniqueness and neighborhood significance. In yearly 2003 I was approached by my brother to join his group, which in turn opened my own path to client representation in the industry. In 2004 I went completely solo and found a desire to perfect every aspect of urban lifestyle for my clients.

Q: What makes locals seek you as their Realtor?

A: Most of my clients are referrals and people I have gotten to know through out the years.

Q: So what gives you the edge in today's market?

A: Constant contact, being extremely flexible and available when it matters most. Time is of the essence in this market more then ever. Buyers are looking for great deals, and simply are taking more time to find them. Yet sellers are reluctant to sell and take a loss, so finding the right balance and connection in each situation is key.

Q: What can Chicagoans expect in current market?

A: First of all, there are more individuals and families moving into the city instead of the suburbs. Chicago is really a world class city and people really notice that over the past 10 years. This trends should continue, and even accelerate in the near future. Transportation, food, night life and entertainment seem more affordable when they are all within reach.

About Luke.

I originally moved to Chicago's North West side in the early 90s from Central Europe, and soon realized that it is no small town. After making my teenage goal to explore Chicago's neighborhoods, I came to understand that what truly connects this city is its communities and rich pallet of diversity.

I became a licensed Realtor® in 2004 and am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the Chicago Association of Realtors and hold ePro® designation. My success in construction development and marketing, along with my educational background enable me to negotiate skillfully, market effectively and communicate clearly to produce results for his Chicago clients.

The way I see it.

The grid that we live on, the grid of the great Chicago land, can be overwhelming at times . There are great things within this city, as well as things we would rather avoid. There are friends you can listen to, family members that you can take advice from or even try to figure things out on your own. The bottom line is that you have choices. However, when it comes down to buying or selling real estate, investing or starting new ventures, doesn't it make sense to consult with someone who does this all day, everyday?
